We went to this restaurant(Aspen location) for a girls night out. A little upscale, but well worth the experience. The menu doesn't have a lot of items, but that makes it easier to decide too. The bison meatballs were mouth watering, and nothing fell short about the meal. They made good wine suggestions too. Lovely atmosphere, professional and attentive service.
